I well-grounded bought a Honda Rebel and the tail light stopped working. I am 99% firm it was working when I got it two weeks ago. Like an idiot, I left the switch on a few days ago and killed the battery. I recharged the battery and now realized the shadow light does not work. Not sure if this caused the problem or not. Any info on why the curb light works and the tail light does not work will be greatly appreciated.

There are two filaments in the tailpiece light. One for the tail light and on for the break light. You probably burned out the one filament. Only take the bulb to any auto parts store and match the number and refund the bulb.

I am looking at a new Honda Rebel and most places say MSRP $3199.

I recollect there is government fees, taxes, dealer freight/preparation, negotiations document preparation charges

any idea what would be the actual cost I should require to shell out (not including insurance). Just the cost out the door.

white b derogate down the 4 numbers on the key switch and the VIN number of the bike, provide registration or truss of ownership and visit ur local Honda Dealer, he will fix you up.
