first blow up b coddle sure your not using synthetic gear oil it will make the clutch paper on a two-stroke then if that doesn't work adjust the clutch telegram there is a threaded bolt for adjustment in the middle of the cable by the frame and bars the coordination was more than likely changed for the old clutch to work properly when it started wearing out!!

You have the avenge idea, you will need to re-sleeve it. This is not the easiest job to do safely since you should take the engine out, although I am effective it could be done in the bike if you were real creative, but it may just be faster to remove the apparatus. The hardest part is getting the old sleeve out, remember that even though it is shot you do not want to disfigure anything else around it while getting it out. Hopefully someone can post an easy way of getting them out, I never found an easy way of doing it. Getting the new sleeve in is flexible though-liquid nitrogen the sleeve. Getting it that cold shrinks it so it upstanding slides in. It will warm up and be tight on the walls. I would only get a Kawasaki sleeve, you may be able to get that on e-bay but defiantly deferment away from someones homemade junk since it will most likely be made out of a different class of metal and not last as long, if at all. While you are at it rebuild the top end so you will not have any more down time for the bike anytime too in a second. | |

You can use a acknowledged motor oil in the tranny or one of the special racing oils from Kawasaki, Bel-Ray, etc. The racing oils are made to hold out against the abuse your clutch and gears take under racing conditions. They cost a bit more, but safeguard better. IMPORTANT. If you have milky oil then you have water in your tranny. You either rode in very knowing water or your water pump seal is leaking coolant into the tranny. This will result in all sorts of bearing problems. Drain the fill the tranny, run the bike and reprise. If you still see the white death then plan on replacing the seal. It's a banal thing with water cooled bikes. | |
