Thats gonna be a little hairy to find the right one since all the parts are labeled in slavic.

The best thing to do would be to go and find a carb from a similar hp engine that has the same carb throat width.
A modern 49cc scooter carb will work if you can get it in the right size, and youll have better performance.

awundrin 		I have an old Jawa 210 pedal moped. It starts up easily and runs well for a few minutes and then dies.?
The carb has been cleaned. I cannot find a moped dealer to fix it here as they only work on new models. Anyone familiar with this moped, and if so I need suggestions to keep it running. Thanks- It will start again after sitting for a few minutes-then do the same again--run well for about 15 minutes and then dies---acts as though it has run out of gas even though the tank is full.

1) Check whether the air filter is clean
2) Petrol should be clean.
3) Check whether the petrol filter is clean.
4) Exhaust should be free from carbon deposits.
5) Check that the nut bolts are not loose and the gasket is
not leaky.
6) Use new spark plug. Many times old plugs fail after heating.
7) Replace ignition coil ( the one which supplies power to plug).
8) As Max has pointed out, please ensure there is breather hole on the fuel tank cap and it is clean. If vapor lock is the reason then the engine should not die when run without fuel tank cap.
I have not come across Jawa 210 moped but the above list should solve your problem.
