I would like to take an driving examiner on a exam ride of a Piaggoi 500 instead of the 250... He can sit on the back until i reach the first corner.

In genuineness, in my state, they will let you use 3 wheelers (like trikes - so the piaggios would be included), but they hightail it you run the normal cycle obstacle course, cones and so forth. Haven't done it with one of these, but would be much easier prevalent in and out of the cones i think with one of these. The examiners don't ride, they just on the lookout for & if you touch something or miss your stopping points, etc you get dunned. it's nothing like tangible life out on the road, but it does prove that you can keep your bike upright for at least 5 minutes.

i would take it into you specific piaggio dealer and get it serviced... but just incase ou have had it serviced and the llight is still on you should take it back and ask them to change it off :)

Mr.... 		Should I buy a scooter (Vespa - Piaggio Fly 150 or 50) or regular motorcycle (Ninja 250)?
I commute always to Downtown Washington DC, but live in VA and take classes at UMBC after work. I'm interested in being talented to park on the sidewalk (what are the parking regulations for DC regarding scooters? fixed motorcycles?), mpg, and riding on either the Balt./Wash. Parkway or the beltway. Any suggestions or recommendations? Which scooter is somewhat safe and fast for the beltway or the parkway? Thanks!

Depending on the period of your commute, you might consider the larger between them. The ninja 250 will get up to highway speeds and is an great bike to learn on. If you do not have motorcycle experience, it is a great learning motorcycle. It's short enough for highway speeds and will not overpower you in a pinch. Disregard anybody who says you'll get bored with it. Remain safe and wear your protective gear.
