Kelvin... 		How do I fit a carbon can co exhaust to my suzuki bandit and how do I remove baffles (they are removable)?
Proper bought a carbon can company exhaust from ebay for my 600 bandit. Have removed master exhaust but am having trouble fitting new one. Any instructions?

Where is the disturbance on the fitment? Is the can a slip-on or designed to work with a full system only? Slip-ons usually have a flexibility that connects the mid-pipe to the can. I have a 2003 1200S, but I'm not that familiar with the 600s.

I'm guessing the can did not procure with any instructions? It's possible they listed the can being for the wrong year. I'll send you a associate to a Bandit forum I belong to. Should be able to find the answer there (and gret group of people as well).

Try the Akrapovic website. They do way legal pipes or even yoshimura. I have friends who have both Akravopvic and yoshimura pipes on the're bikes. Thay range wicked!

OK the cache exhaust system has somewhat of a nice low tone to it. I'm looking for a can that will really resonate that low air and make this bike sound really throaty

I custom-made a blue flame to my Bandit 1200 and that makes a great noise, even with the baffles in. It didn't neediness any adjustments either...just bolt on. Oh..and it added an extra 10 bhp too

here is a fasten together for some sounds as far as performance gains expect about 3-7 hp with a slip on . If i was spending my resources i would go with the arata then the leo vince, akrapovic, arrow, two brothers
pick the one you like the most suitable but remember yoshi is old school

I have a bandit 600k4z. I have changed the exhaust & gained in the pale of 8 to 10 BHP. Also changed the filters, had is dynojet tested & set up, changed the sprocket to augmentation slightly more top end speed. is there any other easy cheap way`s to increase power manufacture.
dont really want to get rid of the bike as it has a custom paint job etc. As for Iridium plugs the enefits of those are improved ignition/combustion incorporate better fuel economy, increased power/acceleration and first better throttle response. though not top end power or speed. I.E more BHP.

OK. did you due replace the filter with a replacement that fits in your air box?

If so then I would suggest from street fighter construction experience that your next steps are:

Junk the air box and run individual carb filters (S&B,K&N etc)

Fit a mill ignition advancer (can be found in online shops such as M&P and Demon tweeks)

Fit a Dynojet trump up 3 kit (new bigger jets for carbs running on race exhaust, individual filters etc)

Taylor HT leads

Dynacoil coils

And with a bike like the bandit 6...gearing for more top move is the wrong way about doing things......fit a larger REAR sprocket for way more ACCELERATION!

This way you get to drop the fun more often as no one but a p rick rides flat out everywhere........lower gearing means wheelies off the throttle alone and way more go go go where it counts.
